Where is Always Locked located?
Always Locked can be found at 6061 Carmen’s Way Farmington, NY 14425. We’re near Eddie O’Briens Grille and Bar, Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack and nearby several other apartment buildings.
When is your office open?
Our office is mostly virtual at this point. We are available by phone M-F from 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9-1. We are happy to schedule onsite appointments as well. For any storage related emergencies, please call our main line and press 9.
What are your access hours?
All of our renters have unlimited access to their storage units, 24/7.
What if I need boxes and other packing supplies?
You may run out of storage supplies, so drop by our office to pick up what you need. We have boxes, tape, bubble wrap and other packing supplies that may be helpful to you during your move.
How do I know what unit size I need?
If you’re unsure about what unit size you need just give us a call and we can help you figure it out. It would help if you had a list of the items you plan to store.

What is the size of your elevator?

Are your units drive-up accessible?
Yes! Drive your vehicle up to your unit and start the loading process right from there. It shortens the distance from your car to your unit and it saves tons of time.
I’m worried about security, is your facility safe?
Our facility is locked down 24/7. We’re fenced and our computerized gate is at the front. Just put your code into the keypad and you’ll be right in. We also have security cameras throughout our facility that help us keep an eye out on your units and our facility overall.
I’m looking for temperature controlled units, do you offer those?
Yes we do. They help keep all of your items in the clear from those intense temperatures, whether hot or cold. Students attending the Finger Lakes Community College would really appreciate this amenity.
Do you have parking spaces?
We offer RV, car and boat parking to all of our renters, so if you can’t find a space to keep your vehicle at home, bring it to us and get it stored at an affordable price, however long you need.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online via our website if you don’t want to take the drive to the facility. It’s quick. Just have your account information, your payment source available and access to the internet using your phone or computer.
